Welcome to DYNAMIC LEARNING FOR ADULTS

Dynamic Learning for Adults Inc. (DLA) is a Chicago area nonprofit organization whose focus and mission is to assist the nontraditional student re-enter the academic arena. We will be collaborating with academic professionals, institutions, and other organizations that serve the nontraditional student. DLA works to assist the nontraditional student by offering resources for transportation, books, IT training, employment search, childcare, counseling, tutoring, religion, financial aid, scholarships, networking and conferences (city/statewide)

Mission

Dynamic Learning for Adults Inc. is an Illinois partnership of students, academic professionals, institutions, and organizations whose mission is to encourage, coordinate, support, education and advocacy for the nontraditional learning community.

Our focus is improving and enhancing non-traditional student services across the state of Illinois by:

1. Advocating for the nontraditional student

2. Educating higher educational institutions about the needs of the nontraditional student

3. Encouraging and supporting the adult learning community

4. Establishing written policies on the treatment and rights of nontraditional students
